8th Annual SURA ViDe Digital Video Conference Sponsor & Exhibitor Opportunities

This conference is co-hosted by the Southeastern Universities Research Association (SURA) and the Video Development Initiative (ViDe) through the SURA nonprofit corporation.The first SURA ViDe Digital Video workshop was held in March 1999 and brought together a community of digital video experts and academic practitioners, passionate to share their knowledge and experience to spur the development of digital video over IP. Since that time, the event has grown to an annual conference of recognized value for attendees, presenters, exhibitors and sponsors - still bringing development and practice together and leveraging both to shape and catalyze the future of digital video for research and education.

The 8th annual SURA ViDe Digital Video Conference will be held March 27-30, 2006 at the Georgia Tech Conference Center in Atlanta, Georgia. SURA ViDe Digital Video Conference Exhibitor Opportunity

The Exhibition area will be on the second floor of the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center. While in past years the exhibits have been adjacent to the conference area, this year we are trying something new. Based on its success at other conferences, we will position the exhibits around the edges of the main plenary room, thus integrating the exhibitors into the conference more. And on Tuesday afternoon, just prior to the exhibitor reception, we have included a one-hour “exhibitor open mic” session which will provide our exhibitors with time to give a brief introduction of their company, products, and services.

Exhibitor spaces are available at $500 each. Each space will include a six-foot table, skirting, an electrical outlet, two chairs and a 100 MB Internet Connection if requested. The exhibit area has full wireless capabilities. [Conference registration is not included in the $500 registration fee.]

Following receipt of the form, you will be contacted to confirm availability of your chosen level of sponsorship and to complete a Sponsor/Exhibitor agreement. Sponsors are requested to submit 50% payment and exhibitors full payment upon confirmation of participation in the ViDe conference.
