This year the SURA/ViDe Conference will be held at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center . This state-of-the-art facility was designed to serve conferences and workshops requiring advanced audio and visual capabilities and provides wireless services throughout the hotel and conference center. The hotel is a new luxury facility immediately adjacent to the conference center. To view the Center in more detail see www.gatechhotel.com. To reserve a room for the conference, call the hotel at 404-347-9440 and ask for the SURA or ViDe room rate ($149/night). Wireless access will be available: ask for the code when you pick up your registration package. Continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshments throughout the day are covered by the conference registration fee.
