Accommodations

This year the SURA/ViDe Conference will be held at the GeorgiaTech Hotel and Conference Center. This state-of-the-art facility was designed to serve conferences and workshops requiring advanced audio and visual capabilities and provides wireless services throughout both the hotel and conference center. To reserve a room for the conference, call the hotel at 404-347-9440 and ask for the SURA or ViDe room rate ($159/night for single).

Wireless access is included in your registration for the ViDe workshop. A code will be provided to you when you pick up your registration package.

Breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the day are covered by the registration fee for all attendees. There are also a number of restaurants near the Conference Center. Some of these include:
